Vitamin D3 is a vitamin and a hormone. You can get it from the sun, from eating meat and fish, or from eating mushrooms. Vegetarians should definitely be supplementing, along with anyone experiencing winter.

Protein is the building blocks of muscle. We get protein in high amounts from meats, moderate amounts from beans, and small amounts from fruits and vegetables. Supplement with protein daily while on a muscle building journey.

Fish oils are concentrated full of omega fats that are great for mental and brain health. If your seafood intake is low, chances are you should supplement with these fish oil "pearls" that are easy to swallow and don't taste bad

Our bodies use salts like sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium, and calcium. These salts act as a way to create an electrical connection throughout our body and we call them electrolytes. Water alone won't get you hydrated, you need electrolytes.
